A wonderful summer sparkling wine. This wine even surprised the wine maker. The wine is surprisingly close to a French sparkling wine with yeast notes on the finish with a very light peach flavor.

We contract to have the peaches pressed (a very complex and messy job) and we receive the Peach Juice direct from the press house. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then blended and carbonated.

Enjoy this wine for a celebration or just with desert.
