Two years ago we launched Rhubarb. It was an experiment that has found popularity. In 2007 we are doubling production.
We contract to have the Rhubarb pressed and receive the juice. We simply do not have the equipment required to press the hard stalks. The juice varies from light red to a deep ruby red and smells like fresh Rhubarb pie.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then blended with a small amount of Vidal Blanc to provide a depth to the wine.
