Frankly, we were skeptical about making a Cranberry wine, but our friends insisted we try. If you've ever tasted cranberries, you know how tart they are. In order to balance that tartness, you need to sweeten them more than you normally would to make a good wine. Then it hit us: a light spritz to a wine gives the wine a refreshing finish. So, we blended our Cranberry wine with a little of our award winning Vidal Blanc and carbonated it just so.

Voila! We had a refreshing, sweet-tart, flavorful wine that's great anytime, but never more so than at a big meal (like Thanksgiving) when you need something bright to balance all that richness.

We continually sell out of this wine, but we are working hard to increase production.

Description: Bright pink color, clear and clean with an elusive cranberry and citrus nose. The flavor is a balanced sweet and tart cranberry while the Vidal Blanc provides a fragrant nose and a crisp finish.
